I,
like many other women, have tried
numerous different diets that have
enabled me to lose a couple of pounds
but as soon as the diet stops I have
gained more weight.
After having my baby I found it
extremely hard to lose weight and
lost my self confidence. I was in
a vicious circle, having a daily
battle with myself, I wanted to lose
weight but couldn't and considered
there was no point in trying and
would give up.
Having watched a television programme

not really knowing what to expect
but completely with an open mind.
I found the course completely refreshing
as it was not a diet at all but a
new way of thinking and living.
I was completely amazed at how I
didn't even think about food and
how these crazy techniques were actually
really working, because not only
was I actually losing weight, but
I was gaining confidence and had
a goal in sight that felt achievable!!
Altogether now I have lost 19lbs
(9 weeks) since being part of Amy's
group and would recommend this class
to anybody who wants to lose weight
and feel good about themselves.
I love how it feels to go clothes
shopping now and not think everything
looks awful because I'm fat!!
