Lose weight with SlimQuest in Wimbledon
It’s a new year and a great time to make changes and do things differently. I am continuing to run regular Slimquest courses in Wimbledon, using Cognitive Hyphotherapy and NLP, with some fantastic results.
Most people really notice their figures are changing and almost without exception feel more positive about themselves, about their lives and their belief that they can reduce their weight – and stay slimmer.
What I love about teaching Slimquest. is that it works; it is fun; it makes people feel good, and best of all it lasts. That is why it is different from other weight loss programmes. And of course, in small groups, there is a lovely feeling of ‘we are all in this together’, care, and support.
To get the best out of the course, though, it is really important to participate fully, keep practising the techniques and participate fully. I have found that the people who got the best results were those who really put some effort in.
Having said that, that “effort” feels “effortless because we use hypnosis and NLP which makes it so much easier to make better lifestyle changes and wiser choices. But we can’t do it all for you. What we can do is make the process of losing weight enjoyable, positive and permanent – and restore your belief that it really is possible!
